2012 Spring & Fall Rates:

Weekly $425* (before June 23 and after Sept. 8)

2012 Summer Rates:

• Cottage #1 - $725* per week
• Cottage #2 - $750* per week
• Cottage #3 - $775* per week
  
  (*plus applicable taxes)

Deposits:

• Deposit of $175 required per week during the summer to hold the booking.
• All deposits are due within 3 weeks of confirmation of booking.
• Flexible deposit during non-summer months  

Cancellation Polices:

Deposit refunded less $75 administration fee when cottage is re-rented.

Please note deposits and payments are accepted by cashiers check, money order or electronic transfer only, personal checks will not be accepted.
